I am not sure if they are saying no because they haven't done it before or
because it actually is impossible.  The staff is always good to us there so if
you guys look at the light poles and think it would be possible I can ask them
to hook us up.   I am sure they would like that better than power
cords across the road :)

I agree, who wants power cords across the roads and parking lot.
That would take a lot of TAPE to stick it to the asphalt so no one
trips on it.

And batteries.

The Transit is only from 3pm to 7pm. If someone needing electricity could
find a battery to last that long, it would be easier, if we don't' have
electricity.

Jenny, should I ask Loretta about the poles? She is closer to that campus
than any of us. Or

Could a PAS Member make a trip over there and look at the poles
and see if they accommodate for electricity plug in?

How will we have electricity on the Astronomy Pad if there wasn't planned
to be any on the poles? I know, run a line through the ground, but I mean,
maybe, since the put in the ability to turn off the lights for our events,
maybe they also considered putting in electricity we can tap into.

Thanks for the ideas. Keep discussing this. Let's research it so we know.
I want John and Rod to attend with their projectors, but they need
electricity. Can we make this work?

Have a super day!
Terri
