then we might cancel doing the event. It is just too much to do for so
little attendance from PAS.
Let's see how it goes. the deadline to sign up is this Sunday,. I will give

to let me know if they can do CoKocon with us.

I'd like to confirm PAS's attendance or NON attendance early next week and
not leave the gal who
requested we attend, hanging. I don't like it when places do that to PAS.

At the moment I"m negotiating this event....
1) I'm suggesting scopes for all three nights
2) And an indoor table set up to promote PAS during daytime
3) as well as we might provide panels or
presentations if they want us to.
I'm trading for free admission to the whole event.
I need to know who is availble.
I don't know what time of day the convention is, at this moment
but past conventions have started as early as 9am
and lasted through to midnight on a night that has a star party.
I will set this up on line in the Private Calendar,
and until we are approved and attending for sure,
it won't go on the public calendar in case we decline
doing it, if they don't give us all days access to the convention
at no cost.
For all signups, put in your arrival time and departure time
if you are doing Daytime at the PAS table.
I will trade you 3 hours at the PAS table for access to anything at the
convention that day. So, when the schedule comes out, if you want to attend
a 9am, and a 10am activity at the convention, you need to fit 3 hours, and
it doesn't' have to be 3 hours in a row, into being at the PAS table,
minimum. And you can have the rest of the day to do what you want. That
should be enough help.
I plan to be at the table all day, from start to finish, including
outside that evening for the star party.
When, if Mike does a panel or presentation, the PAS table watches his
meteorite for him, if he doesn't take them with him.
