This is typical left-wing horseshit. The reason Blacks and Hispanics fail is
because of their astronomical levels of out-of-wedlock births, 85% for Blacks
in our cities. It should be obvious to all but the dumbest psychologists that
growing up without a father in the home and with a mother who has little
education and who are either babysat by TV or video games will end up worse off
than growing up in a literate two-parent home being taught manners, civility
and discipline, not to mention how to read and appreciate knowledge. Earth to
the Democrats: fix the out-of wedlock problem by ending its subsidization and
you will fix the social pathology problem. This article essentially advocates
starting the left-wing social brainwashing at the earliest possible age. No one
who values traditional American values should buy into this crap.
