I don't believe it. If it is true, it's because the media makes blacks think 
the Tuskegee Experiment is ongoing. As to suspicions, recall that the Sabin 
live polio vaccine in its early days resulted in a small number of people 
contracting polio, but it undoubtedly saved many more lives.

Recently read that only 50% of black people will take the vaccine. I join in 
their suspicions.
