Yesterday I made Vicki’s recipe for cypress stuffed balsamic chicken. It was a
big hit with my company—and with me, too. I was surprised how easy it was to
make and done in no time at all! Not creative with the side—had angel-hair
spaghetti with a fresh tomato sauce. I’ll definitely make it again. Had
Riesling wine while dinner was in the oven, then bread and a fresh green salad
with the fixin’s and the family favorite dressing, Marzetti’s Italian
vinaigrette. ‘Nother glass of wine with dinner and after dinner, mince pie with
vanilla ice cream. Then left the table and had a nip of homemade kumquat
liqueur.
