Oh, the “watermelon “ part is purely due to the appearance..,
It is 100% radish. It is, however, a bit milder than the normal run of the
mill radish.
I like the flavor and crunch!!
All the radishes do bring to mind, are there ways to prepare and use radishes
other than sliced raw into a salad...I’m going to start researching that
question.
