That looks and sounds like a very tasty dish.

Not that I buy chipotle sauce much, but I have bought the Tabasco Chipotle 
sauce when away and enjoyed the flavour very much.

Firstly thank you for thinking of me and secondly a belated Happy Thanksgiving. 
 Your rib roast looks amazing.

Slowly settling in and adjusting to retirement living. Am going through what Jo 
has been.  Everything just takes time.  There is a nice restaurant on site and 
can get quite nice meals, 2 courses £4 or £5.25 for 3 courses.

I have been managing to cook various different meals but sadly Geoffrey does 
not eat much so feel it is a lost cause and at times it is just easier to get 
M&S ready meals.🤔😜

Last week I made fajitas with some flat iron steak and used an El Paso  smoky 
chipotle cooking sauce I found lurking in a cupboard which surprisingly was 
really tasty.  Can’t find the sauce in stores anymore even when I checked 
Amazon and El Paso site🤔😩.

Received the Mexican Table cookbook today so looking forward to trying out some 
of the recipes.   Chris has given the link to the Mexican online store.  Thank 
you Chris.

Made fish pie tonight which was yummy.  Salmon, white fish, smoked haddock and 
prawns in a béchamel type sauce topped with wilted baby spinach and mashed 
spuds enriched with sour cream and spring onions.  A very English meal.
