The Spanish site is pretty good but really fantastic in the UK. I ordered
something late on a Sunday and the order arrived before 5 pm the next day. I
was gobsmacked 🤔😜🤣
Pity Amazon don’t pay their couriers much.

TBH, Amazon here is not as good as it is in the UK. Doesn’t have the range so
don’t really use it as much.

Hi Jo,
Thanks for that. In the end I opted to pick up the bread machine. Daniel
turns 18 in two weeks and it just happened to find its way onto my shopping
cart when buying gifts for him on amazon. 😊

Justin, if your looking for a no-knead bread, I posted one (I think) years
ago. It’s called Olive Dill Bread—no olive oil in it, but it has chopped
green olives with pimento. I entered it in a contest and won 2nd prize which
was a new kitchen rug. I didn’t want a kitchen rug and was allowed to put it
toward a living room rug. As I mention in the recipe, I use hot water in an
oven to do the raising, but in the summer I sometimes put it in the car with
the windows closed.
Attaching it again in case there’s interest,
Jo

Hi Vicki,
I’ve been looking at your bread quite enviously and was wondering if you have
ever used a bread maker? I like the idea of fresh bread but I’m too lazy to
do the kneading. I’ve been looking at this
onehttps://www.panasonic.com/au/consumer/household/kitchen-appliances/bread-makers/sd-zb2512.html
so you can obviously make the bread, but I’m thinking about using it do make
the dough (ie do all the hard work), stick it in a banneton and then finish
it in the oven.

Yeah I’d probably do that too if I had a chest freezer (depending on how big
it was!). The freezer in our fridge-freezer is too small as it is… I’m
expecting 10 kg of beef next week, which isn’t that much really but there’s
not a skerrick of room in the freezer and I’m wondering what I’m going to do
with it. 😂
