So today (22nd) is World Margarita Day.
We thought we'd get an early start and had some yesterday.
Drank them with a Mexican style meal of Chilorio, Coconut Rice,
and Roast Sweet Potato Slices on Spiced Spinach. And some
homemade hot sauce as the Chilorio is quite mild, Guajillo
chiles are not very hot.
