I have a smallish round waffle-maker that is divided into four wedge-shape
portions, and one quantity of these chaffles fills it. I find one small wedge
to be a decent (though decidedly different!) substitute for toast when I have
an egg and bacon for breakfast. (I use the ‘Everything Bagel Seasoning’ from
her chaffle cookbook to ramp up the flavour a bit.)
