Howdy
Smoked a couple bags of Carolina Reaper chillies (the worlds hottest chilli)
Going to use this in a new batch of smoked chilli sauces. I'm thinking the
last lot in the batch will be ridiculously hot as the hotter it is, the better
it sells...
I've been doing quite a nice side hustle trade here at work with small bottles
of smoked Habanero chilli sauce, heavier on the vinegar than I have in the
past.... blending the very hot chillies with smoked Capsicums ("red peppers")
and smoked onions and garlic given troubles sourcing Jalapenos. Might call it
"Reap what You Sow". Sure to sort out the men from the boys and give a few
flaming exhausts post consumption....
