You might be thinking of the pic of the unstuffed cabbage casserole I made that
I sent you off-list. Quite, quite different from these cabbage rolls. These
look wonderful.
I’ve actually never had cabbage rolls before. Do the outer leaves get soggy and
… I don’t know, all I can think of is the overcooked steamed cabbage both Dohn
and I were served as kids, unpleasant in both texture and aroma. The very
thought makes me want to gag. :-) I am always wary of cabbage!
