Not the Brisket recipe, it's the sauce from her Meatballs in Guajillo Sauce
which isn't in the book, it's online.
I can't get fresh tomatillos any more as the local chef who used to get
them for me has retired. I'm hoping to find a source a little North from
here this summer. And maybe the lady from Mexico City who runs the
local IGA might find a source. She and I talk about Mexican ingredients
all the time.
I get tinned tomatillos from ChileMojo in Adelade or from USA Foods.

Weekend before last did some Mexican.
Big chunks of Pork Rib Fillet slow cooked in a Guajillo Tomatillo Sauce,
Yellow (Achiote) Rice and an Avocado Lettuce Salad.
Mojitos (motivated by Steve) to drink.
The pork was really good, meltingly tender and the sauce was delcicious.
Based on recipes from Pati Jinich (Pati's Mexican Table on SBS Food Channel
here).
