I’ve been watching Patti a lot here lately on our local PBS here in New
Orleans…they have a whole morning spree of cooking shows here on PBS on
Saturday mornings and while I do DVR them, I often spend my Sat. Mornings
watching them all “live” as broadcast.
You’re able to get dried guajillo peppers there?
Its just 9am here where I am….and you got me HUNGRY!!

Weekend before last did some Mexican.
Big chunks of Pork Rib Fillet slow cooked in a Guajillo Tomatillo Sauce,
Yellow (Achiote) Rice and an Avocado Lettuce Salad.
Mojitos (motivated by Steve) to drink.
The pork was really good, meltingly tender and the sauce was delcicious.
