Roast Red Capsicum.
I slipped a few fresh Shiitakes in to stretch the Porcinis.
Trifolati is sliced mushrooms sauteed in olive oil with garlic, a splash of
white wine, Salt & pepper and parsley.
Simple, but with Porcinis just so delicious.
