Thanks, Terri. So far—so good. I find as I’m putting away the spices and food
that I brought, there is too much. Being I was responsible for breakfast and
lunch I brought stuff to cook. I eat a little more than half of my dinner and
save the rest or lunch. I’m just not used to eating the amount of food they
bring. So a lot of the stuff I brought I’m putting aside to pass on to my
sister, niece, or nephew.
I’ve always used either a gas or an electric stove that had the burner rings.
This one is a glass top and the directions are inadequate. Even GE online was
no help. After being at the Outback I brought much of the bloomin’ onion home.
My sister noticed that the stove did air fry. She said if I air fried the onion
I could crisp it up. (Is that true?} The manual said nothing about air frying.I
called to housekeeping about it and the lady had never heard of air fry. So
she's going to research it and let me know. I tried a bit of the onion in the
microwave and it just turned to mush. Being on Q no one can come in to help me
until it’s over. On the 15th—yea!
