Another beautifully flavoured dish served warm.
I left out the celery. The pus was sousvide'd the quickly grilled. The spuds
were Royal Blue - awesome boiling spuds IMO if you can get them. I added ¼
preserved lemonskin finely diced. The garlic was confit.
Darcy loved this as well.
