Ooh that sounds great. I was hearing good things about Neff ovens recently.

Looking forward to seeing pics of your lamb 😉 and hearing how it all went.

Anyway, so with Nina’s back surgery last year we put it on hold, and then 
with Dan doing his HSC (A levels for the Brits) we decided just to wait a bit 
more. In the meantime, the griller broke on the oven so I’ve had to bake 
cheese on toast for about 3 months now, and then the hob went. It only had 
two setting on and off, and sometime it turned off randomly. I’m surprised I 
got any food cooked!
 
So yesterday, we got one of our two ovens installed  (a Neff pyrolytic) and a 
Smeg induction hob. Oh my, what a difference. We had planned to switch to 
gas, but the induction is amazing and all but a few pots and pans work.
 
And the oven has so many settings, including a good time so I should be able 
to kick off the 12 hr lamb shoulder whilst I am asleep 😊
