Hey Justin

We had it as part of a charcuterie plate, so all the meat was firm. The Nduja
was a bit blah.. think maybe raw mince texture. Maybe we just used too much
(spread on pizza bread) as it was quite a thick slice.

But sure.. give it a go.. might go good cooked or on a pizza.

Hey Justin

I’ve had this on pizza (at Bussola) and it wasn’t so noticeable and not the hot
version. We had some as well as a Salumi selection ( a 1cm slice off a roll)
with pizza bread, again, not a spicy version. Whilst the flavour was ok, I
wasn’t keen on the texture and we ate only ½ of it. Interestingly, a few local
Italian immigrant families locally are Calabrian and are not fans of Nduja.
