Hi Justin,
Come to Singapore and we'll eat!
I was evil and used chicken tail/butts* for the chicken tikka. It was really
good cos of the high proportion of fat and skin to meat!!
But the spouse refused to touch it...hence the pouch of palak paneer was
heated up and put in front of him!
* I found a supplier who sold 2 kg of frozen butts for a mere $8.80 and I just
couldn't resist! Yes I eat everything...esp if there's skin and fat!

It was Deepavali, festival of lights 🪔on Thursday but I didn't get to cook
Indian till tonight.
Pea Pulao. Tandoori spiced roast chicken. Chicken tikka. Braised cabbage.
Raita. Palak Paneer.
All home made save for the palak paneer which came out a pouch.
