That looks delish. I love ray wing, just hard to
get around here. Once the school holidays are over
I'll have to go on a tour of the local fish shops
and see if any are stocking it.

Hi all.
Still alone at home! Tonight I did the skate/ray wing. Was really yummy.
Coated the wing In seasoned flour and pan fried in a tiny bit of oil to stop
butter burning...threw in some capers. Served on a bed of spinach seasoned
with butter, salt pepper and nutmeg.
Am feeling quite.virtuous eating healthy fish and veggies. Need to find a
sugar rush dessert now🤣
