Hi Vicki,
Rice bowls are a thing here (some cafes sell little else other than pretty
rice bowls),
and the assembly was not that difficult.
Most of the ingredients from last night's dinner came from the freezer -
which needed clearing.
Defrosted the ikura; microwaved the edamame; steamed the scallops on top of
the rice (in rice cooker).
Are you feeling better now? Enforced lying in bed all day can be rough -
hope you are
searching for all the recipes that you are going to cook once you are
feeling better -
and sipping some rum while at it!
