I don’t have an air fryer, but I usually dry my herbs in a paper bag someone warm and airy, or just on top of the fridge.
BTW, found this awesome NZ Hazy IPA well worth seeking out – is stocked in first choice liquor.

For those who have an air fryer, has anyone tried their dehydrate option yet? I totally forgot about it on my Vortex and just thought of it today as I have quite a bit of Oregano. Was wondering if there had any success.
