All good 😊. I have over 40,000 recipes on eat your books but only less than a
hundred actually bookmarked.

LOL Steve, I have both of those and never open them!
I have bought more cookbooks than I care to count – it’s a hobby of mine that’s
quite separate from cooking itself! I've saved gazillions of recipes I want to
cook from them, but have barely made a dent as far as actually cooking from
them is concerned. I tend to cook from Skinnymixer (a recipe developer for the
Thermomix) books the most, because her recipes are tasty and reliable and the
Thermomix just makes everything easy. Also when she brings out a new book there
are lots of posts and photos in her Facebook group that inspire me to make
things for myself. :-)
Vicki. :-)

I haven't bought a cookbook in 10 years! Still using Steph Alexanders "The
Cooks Companion" or "Larrousse Gastronomique" as my go to guides.

Has anyone got a standout cookbook that they used frequently last year? I was
thinking about this today and Zaitoun by Yasmin Khan is the one that I returned
to most often. A selection of great Palestinian recipes including the one below
which I did again the other night. Fantastic flavours and a crowd pleaser.

I substituted Kale for the Swiss Chard.
I don’t really have a second place, but it would be a toss up between the four
books by Marcus Wareing (UK masterchef judge amongst other things) that I have,
or my Neil Perry collection.
