Flatten, rub with garlic, lemon juice, salt and olive oil, then roast/BBQ.
Could still make a bit of stock with the carcass after you've eaten the meat
off it.

Hi everyone
Doing chicken tagine tonight- photo if wings and thighes amd legs mainatibng in
Chermoula attached.
Which leaved the breas tmeat left on carcass. Omicron has led to some chicken
bits shortage. I could remove breasts to stirfry, use carcass for stock, or
chicken soup but too hot, and i'm feeling lazy.
Any other ideas?
