If that Balkan cafe has Cevapcici and Ajvar be sure to try them.
Cevaps are little skinless sausage patties made with a mix of beef,
pork and lamb with garlic and paprika. Sometimes a little cayenne too.
Ajvar is a relish made from Red capsicums and Eggplants. Delicious.
