hmmm, the best burek I had was in Croatia - I had read that there was a
really good one in a market
at Zagreb, and walked several rounds looking for it - it was the afternoon
just before we left the country.
Finally found the little shop in a corner of the market - just when it was
being pulled out of the oven.
It was stuffed with cheese and spinach, I think. Yum.
Now craving to be able to travel (and eat, of course).
