Finally nailed the Hubert Baguette as first class.  I always had problems with 
the scoring (using both a razor blade  lame and an a scalpel) where the blade 
would drag the soft dough rather than a clean cut . Trick was to use my new 
serrated bread knife, with a very sharp blade for a serrated knife. Happy days 
:)
