A few times, I have camped in NOLA for a couple of weeks and one time for a
full month. Even in NOLA Andouille sausage has lots of variation in a lot of
different stores. But, regardless of brand, they are close relatives. I have
purchased Spanish Chorizo one time and it different than Andouille. Hal
