That looks exactly like it Juli, and the description says they burrow (in
sandy soils). Well researched.
All I can add is, note how furry it is. And no pollen baskets (long hairs
on legs). When solitary bees like this gather pollen, they just let it
accumulate as a dust all over their fur, then groom it off when they get
back to their nest. An extreme example is shown in the attached photo.
