[overture] CAD meshing

I'm new.
Can Overture generate a surface mesh based on the intersection of CAD
surfaces and grid cells, i.e. each surface polygon would be the intersection of
a CAD face and a grid cell (cube)? I assumed that the grid cells are smaller
than CAD surfaces.
