The organizers ask that Homebrewers arrive at 10:30 and have setup done by
11:30.
I am serving as a steward for the competition over at JRH, so I won't
arrive to the festival site until 12:30-1:00 (start time).
*Who all from the club is bringing beer and/or attending but is not judging
or stewarding in the morning competition?*
(this is the pool of people who might possibly set up the tent and
dispensing equipment) - We need your help!

Tomorrow we will see our first festival of the season kick off.
Thirsty Orange looks like the weather will be sunny, but could be cold to
start with.
Last year we had snow when I left my house and it was so windy at the
event we didn't get to use our tent.
Hopefully we will be able to put it up as it has sides and is easier to
have our sign raised. We will have the jockey box and you need to bring
beer, and bring a tub to sit it and the ice in. Also if you want a chair
bring it.
Brent and I will be judging, so we will need the help of someone to get
things setup.
Additionally, this year we will not have the white board that we borrowed
last year.
Does anyone else have a large one they can bring? Or perhaps a large
chalk board? I have different colored chalks so let me know if I should
bring 'em.
If you want information sheets done for your beer, send us over the name
and details what you are bringing. Thing included on the sheet would be
Name of Beer, ABV, Style, Things like IBU/SRM if you know them, and a short
description.
