Hey Thirsty Orange Family!
It’s official… We are rescheduling the Thirsty Orange Brew Extravaganza
to June 27, 2020. We made this tough decision with guidance from our city
officials and trusted health professionals while also following
recommendations from the CDC. We will continue to monitor the progression
of the spread of COVID-19. If this situation hasn’t blown over by the end
of June, we will reschedule to a new date that works for us all. Thirsty
Orange WILL happen this year! Read below for answers to some of your
burning questions!
*I have purchased a ticket and I still want to go. Now what? *
Yaye! We cannot wait to celebrate with you. Plan on sitting tight for a
couple extra months and showing up on Saturday, June 27th with your
purchased ticket. Note: there has been a change in time. The festival will
take place Saturday evening from 5pm - 10pm. Thank you for continuing your
support of Thirsty Orange and our non-profit beneficiary, Trout Unlimited.
*I cannot attend on the new date. I want a refund for the ticket(s) that
I’ve purchased. *
We hate that you cannot attend, but we are offering full refunds (minus
service fees by the 3rd party ticket vendor, Big Tickets) for 12 days, from
April 1 to April 12. The last day to receive a refund for your ticket is
Tuesday, April 12, 2020. To request your refund, please email
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. with your name & confirmation number. You will
also receive an email with instructions from BigTickets on how to begin
your refund claim.
*Will the current brewery, vendor or food line-up change? *
We expect the same awesomeness from our brewers and home brewers this
year. If anything, it gives our homebrewers more time to make something
even more delicious for you all! Five star festival munchies will still be
brought to you by The Bohemian & Mae Malee’s Spring Rolls.
*I haven’t purchased a ticket yet — can I still purchase a ticket for the
rescheduled date (6/27/2020)? *
Yes! Tickets will remain on sale! Ticket tiers will continue to increase
in price as we get close to the date of the festival.
