Hello friends,
It's probably a good idea for us to all figure out which events are coming
up where we should have a presence. I certainly hope that we will all do
our best to support the SugarShack events and to help build bridges with
our friends allies there! We need to be working together.
I'll be sending out an "about us" quarter sheet to have on hand. Hopefully
we will connect with SSA soon on the Pledge of Resistance, which should be
a great way to coalesce our base of support.

(3:15 to 6 PM for Part II only) - People do NOT need to be already in an
affinity group to participate nor do they need to already know whether they
are prepared to risk arrest. If you have already taken Part 1 or have been
in an affinity group in the last 5 years and participated in a large action
that could have included civil disobedience, you can come for the afternoon
part of the day, Part 2. There is no charge, but we do pass a hat to cover
costs of materials, gas and time for the trainers. Folks usually throw in
