If you've been thinking about signing up for a race to take your running game
to the next level, this is a great time. We have some fun events with something
for everybody coming up in the next couple of months. Details and numbers to

Right around the corner, at the end of this week on July 3, we have the Pilot
Fireball Classic Moonlight 5K. Register at

(slots are still open for race registration, food preparation, kids' run finish
line, course monitors, water stops, and finish line towel/water help). ORNL's

On Saturday, July 25, Karns will be holding their Community 5K to kick off
their annual Community Fair. Registration is $20 right now, and goes up on July

Finally, in August we have the UTK's 8th annual Man Run for prostate cancer
