Holcombe talks on running goals, Dec. 15
Join Bobby Holcombe from Knoxville Endurance at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 15, in Wigner
Auditorium to learn "The Steps to Reach Your Personal Goals in Running." Learn
how to achieve your walking and running goals and establish your milestones for
the Covenant Health Marathon events, half marathon, 2-person relay, 4-person
relay and 5K. The 5K will be on Saturday, April 2 at 7 p.m. All other events
will be on April 3. ORNL is again participating in the Fitness Company
Challenge and we need your points. Remember, no reward points until 1/1/2016.
