at both ends of Melton Valley Access Road.
Effective July 6, 2015, Melton Valley Access Road between White Oak and Ramsey
Road will be closed to pedestrian traffic. The reason for this closure is that
the shoulders of the road in this area are not suitable for walking or running,
requiring pedestrians to utilize the road surface. The hill on Melton Valley
Access greatly reduces the visibility of pedestrians for automobile traffic,
thus putting pedestrians at significant risk.
