This is a known error (see http://orgprints.org/wiki/Issues/00023). The leader
should be visible on the summary page. I suspect that it was intended to be
shown in the citation on top together with the title, like it is done for
projects (see e.g. http://orgprints.org/2938/) (this needs to be corrected in
the citations-**.xml files by copying the relevant parts from project type to
facility type).

Another option is that it is shown on the summary page, below the Summary (this
is implemented by changes to the ArchiveRenderConfig.pm file). Or it can be in
both places. I would prefer only having them in the citation on the top, as
this is the way it is done for all the other eprints (paper authors and
editors, project leaders ...)

We have a possible long term solution to this (see
http://orgprints.org/wiki/Issues/00003) that will make a link from the
author/editor/leader name to the user record of that person if the appropriate
user ID has been filled into the author/editor/leader.id field. But it needs to
be tested first (and of course the author/editor/leader needs to be a
registered user).

Unfortunately the method suggested by Eddy does not work, since any HTML code
in the Summary field will be shown literally (as code) and not interpreted by
the browser.

A possible preliminary solution is to put in a link to a home page for the
facility, with contact details, if such a page exists.

By the way, if the email address is entered in the instution/department fields
for the leader (see e.g. http://orgprints.org/5039/ ), this will surely result
in spam to the email shown. I don't know whether or not this is a problem in
the specific case, but in general, we should search for ways to show the email
address in a way less prone to robot email harvesters.
