That and fighting off a case of bladder cancer, recovering from two TURB-B
operations and a bad cold. But mostly it is that I use a medium size plate
instead of a full size dinner plate. So I can eat a whole plate of food
without overfilling myself, and still have the feeling I've had a full meal.
