[orcachat] Can e put in the safety fence or other parts of our new field while waiting for the grass to grow?

Hi Guys,
Is there any work we can do at the new field while waiting for the grass to 
grow?


Safety fence?
Windsock?
Two x’s across the end of the field so the full size  Piper tomahawks with new 
pilots do not land?
Signs for parking?
Publicity at the hobby shops about our new field for new members to get excited 
about and join our club as 2019 is just around the corner?
