and the FAA as a whole is in favor of allowing model aircraft flights above
400 ft, one office in the FAA has put in place the hard limit.
Unfortunately, they are also the office that has all the authority. So we
need to get Congress to lean on the FAA to correctly implement the
congressional intent.
