There is no configuration file, this is stored in the registry. There will be a key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI\<<DSN Name>> Where configuration information is stored. I wouldn't generally suggest making changes directly in the registry-- you will generally want to use the ODBC Data Source Administrator or the appropriate ODBC API call.
