Depends on version of the database but you can use hsodbc to create a database
link to the SQL Server Database.
I did that in the 9.2 and 10.2 days years ago. I have no idea if that is still
a viable option or not. HSODBC is heterogeneous services.
Try a google search for hsodbc oracle sqlserver...
