Re: upgrade from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.2 gives 100s of invalid objects

Howard:
  Run the utlrp.sql from the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/  directory.  This
will recompile all the invalid objects.  Check the invalid objects owned by
SYS, SYSTEM, and DBSNMP.
