perhaps you have some virtual columns (probably function based index etc) on some of your tables that have intcol#-1001 ? intcol is #real_columns (i.e. kernelcol max value for which is 1000) plus any virtual columns. e.g. of virtual column is function based index on the table? i am guessing this could be one of the reasons, of course i could be wrong.
