some datafiles need recovery -noarchivelog -nobackup

dear lists,
may be the case has been discussed here, but I need to refresh or if
someone has extreme solution?
I have 8 datafiles need media recovery, backup was taken per day with
cold backup (NOARCHIVELOG mode).
is there any extreme approach to bring those datafiles online?
is there any tweaking by dd + od or hex editor?
rightnow I have make them offlined drop.
