Hi,
At 10g, you can use the SHRINK clause of the ALTER TABLE command.
At 9i, you can use the dbms_redefinition package and re-create the table as a
new segment while not affecting other users very much, or move it to another
tablespace using ALTER TABLE MOVE command.
