recommendation of a free ER-Diagram software?

Hi:
I am looking for a free ER-Diagram software for my own personal use. I
have used ER/Studio (a commercial package) heavily before and I liked it.
But I couldn't afford it now. Is there some kind of freeware there that people
like?
My requirements are
1. run on Microsoft PC
2. GUI Interface, so I can draw ER diagram to create tables and
constraints
3. can "export" the diagram into Image file
4. can generate DDL script from the ER diagram.
