Hmm... Looking at the error - something has to do with advanced
queuing. Maybe related to workload balancing advisory and the way imon
gets notifications of service workload metrics. 10046 level 1 on these
sessions could be useful if you really want to know what's going on.

It's probably harmless error simply indicating that no AQ messages to
consume and imon just expects this error and process appropriately.
