process O000

Hi guys,
i've a question for you. one of my RAC (10.2.0.2) on AIX makes some
trouble. to investigate the problem i ran some system state dumps. the
problematic session is this:
OSD pid info: Unix process pid: 1916984, image: oracle@rac1 (O000)
what type of process is O000? what is it for? neither v$bgprocess nor
the documentation know this process name.
has anyone some details about this process?
